We understand that once you buy merchandise online, the biggest question usually is "Where's my stuff?" - with us, we address that worry. We take care of everything so you don't have to be anxious.

We've partnered with top courier and logistics partners to ensure you receive your order on time and safely.

Shipping charges depend on the product and may be waived for a minimum predefined value or if in promotion. Charges are indicated with the product and informed before purchase.

  1. Orders ship in 1-7 business days.
  2. Delivery timeframe is estimated (2-10 business days from shipping date). Actual time depends on availability, address, courier issues, etc. You can cancel due to shipment delay by contacting Customer Support.
  3. Each order ships to one destination address. For multiple addresses, place multiple orders.
  4. Shipping charges aren't fixed; they depend on product category, dispatch location, weight, etc. The amount is over and above the product value and is shown before checkout.
  5. We're not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or if you're unavailable at delivery.

My product is showing delivered, however I have not received it

If "delivered" but you haven't received it, check with neighbors/security. If missing, report within 7 days to support@jmjwandsons.com or call us at 9871244566.

We'll investigate (7-14 business days) and update you.

Note: Complaints after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
