Cancellations by JMJW AND SONS
JMJWANDSONS.COM may decline or void any order at its sole discretion, such as when items or services are unavailable, pricing details are inaccurate, or fraud prevention checks raise concerns. We may request extra details or verification before confirming an order. If any part of your order is declined or cancelled, we'll notify you. Amounts charged for cancelled orders will be refunded to your payment method.
Cancellations by the customer:
Customers may ask to cancel an order, but JMJWANDSONS.COM reserves the right to approve or deny those requests. If an order hasn't yet been processed, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
With Cash on Delivery, no refund is due as payment wasn't made. For credit card, debit card, net banking, or wallet payments, the refund will be credited to the source account within 7–10 days after cancellation.
You can also cancel an order even in packed or shipped status if the cancel option appears on the website, sale items included. Any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
You may also update the shipping address before the order is packed, using the 'change address' option in the 'My order' area of the app or website.
JMJWANDSONS.COM determination on cancellations is final and binding.
